Phase 1 Instructions

The Phase 1 of the workflow transforms the StarPU FXT files to FEATHER files, which are much faster to read than CSV files since it envolves no character parsing. The phase1-workflow.sh receives two parameters: a directory that contains the FXT input files, and the name of the application.

./src/phase1-workflow.sh
Error: <fxtdir> is empty
./src/phase1-workflow.sh <fxtdir> <application>
  where <fxtdir> is a directory with prof_file_* FXT files from StarPU
  where <application> is either cholesky or qrmumps

Example of utilization
