Version 8.1.4, 8.1.5, 8.1.6, 8.1.7, 8.1.8, 8.1.9, and 8.1.10 all have the same changelog as 8.1.3, and no changes apart from bumping the version number and duplicating the same release notes over and over.

What is going on here? It seems like some automated task is incorrectly publishing new releases with no changes.

Yes we have identified the issue and the latest release is made with the correct message. Moving ahead duplicate releases won't be there. Thanks!
