[BUG] Ghosts can cause a popup to duffel bag wearers by trying to view the contents of someones bag while it is on their back/in their hand. + Ghosts cannot see into duffelbags on someones back or in their hand

Reproduction:

1. Auto-observe someone with a duffel bag as a ghost
2. Click on the bag while it is on their back or in their hand
3. The person wearing the bag - but not the ghost that clicked it - will get a popup saying that the duffelbag is too cumbersome to be opened
4. The ghost will still not be able to see into the bag unless it is placed on the ground
