Cannot connect to AirSonos from iTunes/12.1

Hi Stephen,

Airsonos works fine on iOS but if I try to connect from my mac I get a error:

Hi Stephen,

I was having this issue with my late tries with airsonos a few months ago and tried again yesterday with the updated 0.1.1 version but I am sorry to report that I'm still having the same error (cannot connect to...) with the very same kind of debug info as above. Maybe worth to be mentioning, airsonos is adding each of my devices twice... don't know if it has anything to do with it. I'd be happy to provide you with some other debug info and run tests for you if you would like to.

Having read here and there it seems it comes down to nodetunes.
Running 'node /usr/local/lib/node_modules/nodetunes/examples/server_stdout.js' does give me the same error message 'Could not connect to NodeTunes Stdout". Damn. I am a bit stuck from there.

Lack of iTunes support is a known issue - see stephen/nodetunes#1

@nbsoftware - Separately, I think your issue might be resolved by ipv6 support - stephen/nodetunes#32
