When there's no audio coming out of AirPlay for an extended period (3-4 seconds), Sonos needs to reconnect to the nicercast stream (takes 3-4 seconds) before audio begins to play again.

Soundcloud is particularly bad at triggering this. Unsure why.

The client (OS X audio) decides to send a TEARDOWN request, which kills the stream, then immediately brings up a new stream - so nodetunes is doing the expected thing..

One solution here could be to hold on to the nicercast connection for ~5/10 seconds and feed in blank audio data (00), until we're sure we're done with the stream, or a new nodetunes connection is immediately brought back up.
