The user should be able to create a testnet wallet from within Web IDE in just several clicks

@anton-trunov I have created a similar issue (#208) to handle wallet creation. Do we need this functionality specifically for the testnet, or should it support both testnet and mainnet?

This is testnet-specific, since we cannot provide our users with mainnet TONs
