Rambo Keeps Crashing When Trying to Play #1015

I'm having crash issues when trying to play Rambo. It typically crashes in the 1st chapter, and I have no idea why it's doing it.

Some PC specs for helpful info:

OS: Windows 11
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 TI
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 6000 Series with Radeon Graphics

Any help would be great.

This is an AMD issue I believe

I don't think it's an AMD issue. I'm using Nvidia to play.

What game settings are you using for Rambo? What Nvidia graphics card settings are being used also? I tried resetting the high scores and turning on VSync, but those didn't work either. Any other useful settings I'm missing?
