Card Reading not working on Initial D 4 (Japan)

Hi
Is it possible to enable card reading in Initial D 4 (Japan)?
It's the only ID game that does not save progress ("World" version works perfect)
In Japan version, you can create card, and it shows in the game folder with a .CRD file, but game is not reading it the next time that game is played
I don't know if this is difficult to do or not, as I don't know anything about programming, but if it's doable, it would be great to have all Initial D games card saving game progress
