F-15E Strike Eagle support

This release adds basic support for the Strike Eagle. You can upload steerpoints and program displays for the front seat. More features will be added over time.

LIMITATIONS

• Only the pilot displays are configurable.
• If the displays already have pages configured, the app will skip this part of the upload. Support for overwriting displays configurations will be added in the future.

IMPORTANT CHANGES

1. There is now an installer which will install the executable and associated files on "Program Files" (or any other folder of your choice) and create a Start Menu shortcut.
2. There is no need to install the .lua file manually anymore. After install, every time you open DTC it will check if its lua file is present on the "Saved Games\DCS\Scripts" or "Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Scripts", and if not, it will copy it there and add the line to the end of Export.lua.
3. The presets that before were saved on the same folder as the executable, will now be saved on "Documents/DCS-DTC". So the first time you run after install there will be no presets, but you can just copy the ones you had before to the "Documents/DCS-DTC" folder.
4. Instead of the keyboard shortcut for uploading presets, DTC now uses unused in-cockpit commands. You can assign keyboard shortcuts for these commands inside DCS or click them in the cockpit.
   • For the Viper:
     • pressing the "WX" button on the UFC for more than 1 second will command the upload of the current preset (you must be on the Upload page of the preset for this to happen)
     • the FLIR increment switch shows the DTC app, while the FLIR decrement switch hides it.
   • For the Hornet:
     • pressing the "I/P" button on the UFC for more than 1 second will command the upload of the current preset (you must be on the Upload page of the preset for this to happen)
     • flipping the HUD Video Control switch (right below the BCN button on the UFC) to the up position shows the DTC app, while flipping the switch to the down position hides it.

Due to a bug in DCS, you can set steerpoints to zero lat/long but the lines on the HSD are not deleted. This is solved by overwriting these extra steerpoints with the coordinates of the last steerpoint in the list. But if the jet starts with no steerpoints defined, this extra step can be skipped by not selecting this option.
• [Viper] Steerpoint upload now uses DEST page to avoid changing the currently selected steerpoint.
• [Hornet] Added Hornet configuration pages (contribution by p-louis).

Bugfixes

• [General] Added friendly error message if app cannot communicate with DCS (instead of crashing with the "cannot connect to port 43001" error).
• [General] Added retry logic when trying to write the preset files if they are in use by other app (for example by OneDrive syncing it to the cloud).
• [Viper] HTS upload before MFDs so that manual table can be selected on HAD page (bug reported by Prophet).

New features

• You can now select granularly which parts of the DTC are uploaded to the jet. Besides every item in every page there is a checkbox that, once selected, will mark that item to be sent to the jet. These selections are saved in the presets. Credits to @supahfly27.

• Global shortcut for uploading to jet (useful for VR users): On dcs-settings.json, there is a new setting named "UploadHotKey" by default set to RCtrl+Backspace.

  • Valid values for the UploadHotKey setting: Up to three modifiers (LCtrl, RCtrl, LAlt, RAlt, LShift, RShift) plus a key from the Keys enumeration of Windows Forms (https://docs.microsoft.com/pt-br/dotnet/api/system.windows.forms.keys?view=windowsdesktop-6.0). For example, Right Control + Right Alt + Backspace should be "RCtrl+RAlt+Back".
  • The hotkey is enabled only when Upload to Jet page of a preset is open.
