This solution is not installable without admin right. Likely difficult to make the win explorer use a program without registry update, but other use of viewer may be possible in portable explorer replacement like FreeCommander ?

While it would be possible reusing many of the code of this extension a SVG viewer is not what this Windows explorer extension is about. There are likely other viewers out there but if you need a portable app that would also allow to show all meta data (and print and ...) then you may want to have a look at Inkscape, smallest version is old 0.9.1 32bit (around 50MB); but then you may also go with the current release 64bit (currently about 90 MB).

I'd suggest to close this issue as "out of scope".
