react-imask hooks with controlled component

Hello! Is anyone using the useImaskHook from react-imask with controlled components? Support for this use case was added a while back, but it's unclear how to use this functionality; see #552 (comment).

I've put together a small proof of concept demonstrating controlled components with useImaskHook.

Caveat: if you remove the onAccept handler, the field is still editable. Typically, I'd expect a controlled component to become read-only if it has no event handlers. That said, changes to the field's value are applied correctly, and it's possible to overwrite or clear teh user-provided value.

If folks have suggestions on how to make this example better, I'd love to hear them. Thanks!
