Proposal to update links to Go packages, wiki, etc.
The redirects are functioning properly, but the links themselves lead to different domains.

For example,
github.com/golang/go/wiki to go.dev/wiki (as of #61940),
golang.org/doc/ to go.dev/doc/,
godoc.org/ to pkg.go.dev/ and so on.
