xfce flickering on mouse over

I'm using xfce 4.14, and the graphs flickers (appear and dissapears) every time I put my mouse over the panel (any part of the panel).
In the panel i have configured the opacity for entering the panel different than leaving it, so that's the trigger for it

I seen the same issue on xfce 4.16.
