Dependencies: purge alecthomas/template

One of our dependencies, alecthomas/template is a fork of text/template module from Go 1.4, released in 2014. The fork is abandonware.

It is sourced by swaggo/swag for auto-generating docs.

Luckily, a PR had been merged into swaggo/swag on 1 March to remove this dependency:

Proposed resolution

• Upgrade swaggo/swag to v1.7.1 as soon as it is released to get rid of this dependency.

Just pinged swaggo/swag guys, hopefully they can do a tagged release soon because this issue had been fixed a while ago.
