seeking when paused bug

Timestamp shown incorrectly sometimes when seeking while paused

OS: OSX 10.9
browsers: Chrome, FF
how to reproduce:

1. start video
2. pause
3. seek
4. timestamp OK?
5. repeat 1) - 4) while 4) positive

I'm able to reproduce, and it doesn't seem to be happening with a bare video element. It only seems to happen when seeking backwards in a video, and immediately resolves once the video starts playing.

@H1D revisiting this one. Do you have any thoughts on what might be causing this?

@mmcc nope.. I'm do not know videojs codebase well enough

Yeah, we haven't had time to dig into this yet either. It's probably going to stay backlog for a while since it's kind of an edge case, but if anyone wants to dig in that would be wonderful.

Not able to reproduce in 5.0 and I think this may even be fixed in the latest 4.x.
