We have some custom deck.gl layers using custom shaders, that use uint32 textures which are not renderable. I am trying to upgrade from deck.gl 8.9 to 9.1, but currently there are no way to disable mipmaps for e.g. BitmapLayer, since it is hardcoded to true in utils/texture.ts, causing the layer to not render.
Proposal
Add mipmap to createTexture props.
