update the installation instructions in README and INSTALL #4

The installation instructions seem to be outdated. You have to run "autgen.sh" first in order to build hddtemp.

I needed the following packages for a successfull run of autogen.sh:

autogen
autotools-dev
automake
libglib2.0-dev
gettext
