content-type="text" doesn't work properly

Describe the bug
when you set content-type="text", in some occasions, it will act like html.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://codesandbox.io/p/devbox/suspicious-darwin-53l3lr
2. try to type a * followed by space
3. the text is converted to HTML.

Expected behavior
output plain text like quill itself
