Implement a "Lead Capture" form on https://waku.org to facilitate the submission of contact details by representatives of larger projects interested in integrating Waku.

As Waku continues to grow and attract larger projects, it's become apparent that there's a need for a more structured approach to capturing leads. Currently potential clients and collaborators reach out through various channels, which can lead to inefficiencies and missed opportunities. By introducing a "Lead Capture" form directly on the website, we can streamline the process and gather the necessary information to engage with these entities effectively.

Scope

This request focuses solely on the implementation of the lead capture form and its immediate integrations. Further enhancements or related workflows can be addressed in subsequent feature requests.

Acceptance Criteria

Form fields:

  • Organization Name
  • Contact Person
  • Email Address / Contact Info
  • Project Size (Small, Medium, Large)
  • Brief Project Description

CRM:

  • Data should populate a database at app.clickup.com owned by the Waku BD team.
