Open Turn Windows features on or off and select the following tickboxes:
- Hyper-V
- SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support (when encountering problems with docker file system mounting)
- Windows Hypervisor Platform
- Windows Subsystem for Linux
Restart the machine.
