Wormhole is currently using a deprecated version of ganache-cli. We should upgrade to the latest ganache version for its post-merge support. Some features that would be nice are the finalized block tag and EIP-1559 (london hard-fork) support.

IIRC @kev1n-peters you mentioned v7.4.4-alpha.0 had support for finalized but v7.4.4 and v7.5.0 didn’t 😕
