Provide official & up to date builds on release, to make it easy for people and package managers like Scoop ( https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Main/blob/master/bucket/opus-tools.json ) and Chocolatey ( https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/opus-tools ) to stay up to date.

Mozilla builds are from 2018:

FLAC releases Windows builds with each GitHub release, great:
