Sorry not to use a template, I did not find a suitable template.

When clicking on the "Windows.exe" link on the Windows downloads page, the site takes you to here but the open shows "Not found"

Note: Both links on the page have the same behavior; also the link "Windows executable" on the main downloads page and the link on the Github's README point to the same place, thus have the same behavior.

Duplicate of #32495. Read and follow #30839 as asked.
