Phone number formatting

The phone number formatting should be recorded in order to improve further "patternification". However the record should be cleaned before using the logging framework.

Maybe first, simply keep the actual "cleaning algorithm" that works only for Swiss number, and if there is not zero remaining digits at the end, simply forget about cleaning and put the number as is (and put an entry to the Log)
