According to the poll in discussion #631, the changelog should be documented as part of each release and not inside a file that is part of the repository.
Additionally, each official release should be created as "draft" by the CI and a human then has to add the changelog description before officially releasing it.
By the way @AgOpenGPS-Official/aog-coders, is anybody willing to document the changes for the 6.6 versions?
