Description

Adds a dependabot config to ignore non-production issues

Security Considerations

Allows us to focus on production dependencies and address them

Good thinking.

Not a fix though. According to conventionalcommits using that would bump the version number:

fix: a commit of the type fix patches a bug in your codebase (this correlates with PATCH in Semantic Versioning).

chore or build commit.
