This changes autoland's climb first to be a min altitude above ground rather than the current location. The
relative_ground_altitude
function is used. So rangefinder will be used if enabled, otherwise terrain if enabled, otherwise home.This is a change in behavior, but the min climb thing has not been in for long.
I couldn't think of a better name for the param so it is unchanged, open to suggestions.
