Summary
The query/aggregate cursor should emit 'end' event and the 'end' event should be emitted before 'close' event.
It can be fixed using the auto destroy feature that exists in node >= 12.
I've added the autoDestroy=true for stream options because for node 12 this option is false by default.
This fix will work for node >= 12.

For future reference, here's the relevant docs on autoDestroy changing to true on Node v14: https://nodejs.org/api/stream.html#new-streamreadableoptions . autoDestroy is supported on all node versions >= 12.0.0, so we should be fine.
