Use getContactMethod to fallback primaryLogin

Explanation of Change

I am not sure how that user has no primaryLogin set, but using getContacMethod we will fallback to the session's email.

and that method also removes the SMS domain from the string https://github.com/Expensify/expensify-common/blob/9814d54fa85023aea22dd36b00323a4d7f61b3df/lib/str.ts#L921 we should be fine and less prone to error.

Can you useOnyx here for the account and session instead of using this lib? Without useOnyx, the component isn't subscribed to changes in those values.
