This adds supports for all the blocks / biomes / entities / items in the winter drop. Additionally it includes: - Using OAK_BOAT / OAT_CHEST_BOAT as the identifier instead of BOAT in the intermediate format. - Fixes for versions which used the experiment for 1.21
