The software and associated files in this repository (collectively, "Software") are licensed under the following terms:

License Grant:

The Software is licensed for use by authorized licensees who have entered into a valid service agreement with Hypernos Technology for access to the "Social Post API" service. The Software is provided solely for use in connection with Hypernos Technology products and services, in accordance with the terms below:

1. Permitted Use:

   • Licensees with an active account in good standing with Hypernos Technology are granted a non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the Software solely for integrating with and using the "Social Post API" service.
   • The Software may not be used for any other purpose or in conjunction with any other product unless explicitly authorized by Hypernos Technology.

2. Restrictions:

   • Modifications that alter or interfere with any functionality related to billing, accounting, tracking, or data collection are strictly prohibited.
   • Licensees are prohibited from:
     • Redistributing, sublicensing, or otherwise sharing the Software or any modifications thereof without prior written permission from Hypernos Technology.
     • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Software, except where such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
     • Using the Software in any way that circumvents or disrupts the proper operation of Hypernos Technology services.

3. Data Collection:

   • The Software may collect anonymized usage data solely for operational improvements, diagnostics, and service optimizations. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected unless explicitly stated in the Privacy Policy of Hypernos Technology.

4. Termination:

   • This license automatically terminates if:
     • The licensee's account is no longer in good standing.
     • The licensee violates any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
   • Upon termination, the licensee must cease all use of the Software and destroy any copies in their possession.

5. Proprietary Rights:

   • All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Software, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technologies, are and remain the sole property of Hypernos Technology.

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Hypernos Technology does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

Under no circumstances shall Hypernos Technology or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Licensees are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

Any modifications to these terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hypernos Technology.
