Improve wording of progress bars while opening studies #1399

This is how it beautifully looks on master now! 😊

Team black had some suggestions to improve the wording of the different steps

  1. Increasing system capacity -> Provisioning resources
  2. Setting up key components -> Setting up system software
  3. Installing software -> Installing (or starting) services. This is because users otherwise think that we're installing their software.

Also, do we need to show step 2, which is normally fast?

What do you think @jsaq007 about the rewording?
