… delete unused header files.
…ARY_PATH enviroment variable. And disable the creation of new dynamic tags in binary files. It allows to build samples on new system and run on old system.

Is there any chance of accepting these changes? I use sample_multi_transcode in the tests and it will be great if it works out of the box on the machines with 2 or more OpenCL platforms. |

Hello. We're planning to use another repository for samples development : https://github.com/Intel-Media-SDK/MediaSDK to keep samples and library together in one place. Please give us some time to merge all the latest code there and we'll pick up your changes there. |

These changes improve the selection of target OpenCL device and contain minor changes for build scripts.
