Update video player to track time since last keypress and spawn an "are you here" style dialog with a countdown timer. If timer expires dialog closes and video stops playing.
Until the server has an interaction timeout we can stash one in preferences. If the user is an administrator they can disable this.
pull interaction timeout from preferences and set m.shown as false to tell the timeout dialog it is okay to appear.
Forgot the close to the dialog window.. oops
Allow administrators to disable the interaction timeout.
