I removed this sentence "If you enable backup to Azure, the data resides in the respective Azure storage, such as Azure NetApp Files and Azure Blob Storage." because it is not supported.

Current support only Block Storage and Autonomous Recovery Service as Backup options (both managed) for Exadata service for Oracle Database@Azure.
