I have fixed some formatting issues noticed when browsing the dev portal.
Also added a statement directing readers to our code samples early (though not as early as @sblackshear wanted as I still feel it's more natural to do it after package/module description, but feel free to override this and put it even earlier - @sblackshear suggested right at the end of the first introductory Move section).
Finally, I removed empty sections at the end - can be easily added back when we are ready to add content, but at this point I think we should avoid having unfinished docs so that this type of content does not sneak into the final site.
