Thanks @jtruesdal for bringing those externals. It looks good to me.
Are you targeting the F2000 compset with the full physics?

The next target for full physics would be aquaplanet. It's compiling now
at least. I'm hoping that we are now able to build se and senh versions of
most of the compsets using stormspeed. Tonight I'll run fadiab, held
suarez, and kessler under se, senh, and senh-kokkos using the stormspeed
repo and compare against the original cam6_3_085 tags to make sure
everything looks ok.
I'm not sure what your tasking looks like but I was wondering if you would
be able to look at the mpi difference across different processors.

SVN github access was discontinued. For development I added local versions of the repositories to continue development with compsets that use full physics.
