nodePackages.vls: drop

[pyrox0]

vetur(the main consumer of vls) and vls itself have been deprecated in favor of the new Volar tooling for Vue 3. Since Vue 2 is deprecated, its associated tooling is as well. Therefore, this is safe to drop.
