Last bit of the pain modules for Switzerland. After this being merged, I will probably migrate them in the newer versions and put them as a single pull request. @alexis-via Would you like reviewing this one? I merge the l10n_ch_lsv_dd module into the l10n_ch_pain_direct_debit module. correct lint and tests
… and rolled back my previous changes
xml file is now correctly generated for various bank formats added some pre-processing in the case of a LSV+
