Replaces Delta AI Sat Airlock With 2x2 Airlock

What Does This PR Do

Replaces the Delta AI sat airlock with a 2x2 airlock.

Removes the O2 closet (it got blown around and doesn't really do anything)

Slightly alters the wall geometry to accommodate the airlock.

Adds a security camera due to the new geometry breaking the AI's unbroken ring of sight around the sat.

Adds a missing external airlock access helper that other AI sat external airlocks have.

Why It's Good For The Game

Replacing handcrafted airlocks with map helpers improves maintainability and standardizes airlocks in general.

The airlock is easier to use than the old one.
