[SelectDialog]: Ability to set the "disabled" property for the confirm button.

In one of our tasks, we use the SelectDialog component to select certain data. However, we need to disable the ConfirmButton in the case when none of the elements are selected. And this cannot be done due to the lack of ability to set the property 'disabled'.
