Why does the installation list show a global installation when I didn't specify it?

Because you specified the same path both local and global apps.

For resolve it, specify another path for the global installation: (one of them)

1. env var: https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Install?tab=readme-ov-file#advanced-installation

2. scoop config global <PATH>

global_path: $Env:ProgramData\scoop
      Path to Scoop root directory for global apps.

Thank you! I reinstalled it and specified a different path. Now, it looks fine.
