Feat/document scs2 (#298)

* Document existence of SCS2 and projects there. - Extend PlusServer gx-scs docs to mention and explain SCS2, providing endpoints for it. - Add list of existing projects on SCS2 (as far as I can see them). * Avoid / in subtitle. * Reformat URLs. * Be more specific on shutdown of SCS1.
