Fixed keyword errors for BCON, ICON, and PVO3
Added links to 2018 12US1 inputs (full year) available on Amazon Web Services Open Data Registry.
Corrected molecular weight of HGIIGAS to 271.5 g/mol. This is the molecular weight used in CCTM/src/cb6r5_ae7_aq and cb6r5hap_ae7_aq. Reference: Deanna L. Donohoue, Dieter Bauer, and Anthony J.
