fix: Remove empty space from figure tag and fix img tag alignment.

What?

Closes #69255

Why?

After merging this PR, we'll be able to vertically align the image to the middle.

How?

• Remove the hardcoded vertical-align: bottom.
• Use line-height: 0 to remove empty space around <img> tag.

Testing Instructions

• Create a group / row
• add an image that not as heigh as the text. For example you can use the logo example from here: Site Logo: Remove (max-)height attributes #69253
• add text
• try to center align the image (which is not possible)
