Final commit for hand-in.

As of this morning, success criteria 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 were met / tested.

DNS was added last. Though the zones are created I did not have enough time to test name resolution or to see if it fixed the app gateway issues I was having in criteria 4. Also unsure if the network links will deploy successfully.
