[Macie Lab] URL pointing to Sydney region

Hi, I noticed that the link here https://github.com/acantril/learn-cantrill-io-labs/tree/master/00-aws-simple-demos/aws-macie#stage-2---enable-amazon-macie points to the AWS Sydney region. This leads us to enable Macie in that region which won't be able to analyze S3 buckets in the N. Virginia region.
