The docs mention an obsoleted field - not sure how to fix.
- Use proper sdkerrors where appropriate. - Use correct test helpers for checking errors. - Implement a new redelegation iterator and use it in read-only cases.
...instead of magic account type.
Use cobra command example documentation. Switch instead of chained/branching if-statements. Some renaming.
Unfortunately confusing semantics for this command, but least surprising given command framework.

Description
Based on #155, as an expedient for getting the feature into the
ag0branch for a governance proposal.We will still work on upstreaming the appropriate changes from #155 to cosmos/cosmos-sdk .
