Add the Discover Ansible Development Tools Walkthrough

Adds the "Discover Ansible Development Tools" Walkthrough to the available walkthroughs.

Contains:

• New visual assets for the "Create", "Test", "Deploy", and "Where do I start" steps.
• Changes to package.json for the walkthrough title and step content
• Initial UI test for the walkthrough steps. Locates the walkthrough and identifies that steps are present.
• Adds new visual assets to the .vscodeignore exception list, so they are included in the package
