My justification for BP'ing this is to get it deployed to https://docs.anza.xyz/ sooner with the desired endgoal stated in #4908 (comment) We shouldn't update the README until the live docs are showing the latest info |

Problem
Our installation instruction copy commands from Rust and Homebrew installation instructions. Should those ever change, it is almost guaranteed that our copy would be stale.
